Eeeee I feel so nervous posting this!

Today marks six months into my body transformation and about two months into working with my PT and buddy @jadeathletics 😄 (8kgs down)

If you had asked me a year ago if I would have ever joined a gym I would have said absolutely not 🤣 but here we are and I am loving the process of doing something completely out of my comfort zone and seeing tangible results.

Four months to go before my gym challenge is over but here is to my first ever before and after pic!
